Returns for IZUTECH products purchased from a store or a distributor must be handled directly with the seller according to their policies.
Technical issues with any IZUTECH products purchased from a store or a distributor must still be resolved with the original vendor.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 15 days.
IZUTECH will provide a shipping label for faulty products to be returned within 15 days of purchase. Customers can reach out to hello@izutechpro.com to either replace the item or receive a full refund.
Customers can return products with any issues within a year of purchase. After inspection, IZUTECH will fix and return the item. If it cannot be repaired, we will happily replace it with a brand new one.
Customers can return products to be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. They are also responsible for shipping costs.
