Customers must provide the following for warranty coverage:
- Original purchase receipt
- The product itself
- Completed return form

Q. If I want to make a return, what do I do?
Returns for IZUTECH products purchased from a store or a distributor must be handled directly with the seller according to their policies.
Q. I’ve purchased within a year and it’s not working.
Technical issues with any IZUTECH products purchased from a store or a distributor must still be resolved with the original vendor.

Q. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 15 days.
Q. What do I do if my product isn’t working properly?
IZUTECH will provide a shipping label for faulty products to be returned within 15 days of purchase. Customers can reach out to email@example.com to either replace the item or receive a full refund.
Q. What do I do if my product stops working?
Customers can return products with any issues within a year of purchase. After inspection, IZUTECH will fix and return the item. If it cannot be repaired, we will happily replace it with a brand new one.
Q. Can I exchange one product for another?
Customers can return products to be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. They are also responsible for shipping costs.
