All IZUTECH products come with one-year warranty period from the date of original purchase. However, the warranty does not cover items that were damaged due to accidents, mishandling, or tampering in any way. Customers must have a receipt or invoice from the original vendor with a purchase date for verification. If you receive an exchange within the one-year warranty period, the exchanged item is not eligible again for the warranty unless it falls in the time period of the original purchase.

  • Completed return form

Returns for IZUTECH products purchased from a store or a distributor must be handled directly with the seller according to their policies.

IZUTECH will provide a shipping label for faulty products to be returned within 15 days of purchase. Customers can reach out to to either replace the item or receive a full refund.

Q. What do I do if my product stops working?
Customers can return products with any issues within a year of purchase. After inspection, IZUTECH will fix and return the item. If it cannot be repaired, we will happily replace it with a brand new one.

Q. Can I exchange one product for another?
Customers can return products to be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. They are also responsible for shipping costs.
